MARCELLA   GALBUSERA

Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, Marcella graduates as an Interpreter and Translator in English and French from Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori of Milan (Italy). She also continues her artistic studies achieving her diploma at the London School of Contemporary Dance (UK) and obtaining a Master in Fine Arts from the Dance Department of New York University (N.Y. USA), where she studied with Trisha Brown and Ohad Naharin.

In 1998 Marcella founds her own Company TEATROARTE while working at the same time as an independent choreographer for various institutions, and contemporary artists and composers from the Italian scene: among them Fondazione Arena of Verona, the Music Conservatory E.F. Dall’Abaco of Verona, Teatro Stabile of Verona.

In the following decade she creates specific Museums’ productions for major contemporary art exhibitions in Verona, constantly moving with passionate vitality among art projects of different kind.

From 2006 she has been teaching dance and theater at Teatro Stabile of Verona.

In 2008 Marcella has become artist director of ARTE3, her actual Company, promoting the disciplines which have always characterized her artistic path: dance, music and theater.
